CtrlS Datacenters required a digital platform capable of presenting a wide range of infrastructure, cloud, and managed services to enterprise customers. The challenge was to organize highly technical information—including service offerings, certifications, locations, and infrastructure capabilities—into experiences that remained accessible and easy to navigate.
My contribution focused on both interface design and information architecture. Alongside designing key user experiences, I mapped and structured large volumes of content to create a clearer navigation hierarchy and improve service discoverability across the platform. This work helped transform complex enterprise information into more intuitive user journeys while supporting business goals and content scalability.
The project strengthened my understanding of enterprise product design, large-scale information systems, and the role of information architecture in creating user-centered experiences within technically complex environments.
