Microsoft’s Future Ready initiative required a digital platform capable of supporting learning experiences, event participation, and workforce transformation programs. The challenge was to organize large amounts of content and event information while maintaining clarity, engagement, and accessibility for diverse professional audiences.
My contribution focused on interface design, information architecture, and content organization across key platform experiences. By improving content hierarchy, navigation patterns, and visual communication, the experience was designed to help users discover relevant sessions, access learning resources, and engage with professional development opportunities more effectively.
This project strengthened my understanding of designing content-rich digital platforms, balancing business objectives with user needs, and creating experiences that support learning, engagement, and knowledge sharing at scale.
