Helping Merchants Access Credit Faster

Pine Labs is one of India’s leading fintech platforms, providing payment infrastructure and financial services to millions of merchants. As part of its merchant ecosystem, the company introduced digital lending to help businesses access pre-approved short-term credit directly within the mobile application.

The objective was to simplify the borrowing journey by reducing friction throughout the application process, enabling merchants to verify their identity digitally, complete KYC within the app, and access financing through a faster and more intuitive experience.
